Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs for staff.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary preparation and payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration.
  • Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
  • Support leadership in strategic HR planning and workforce development.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and performance analytics for senior management to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
