Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across various technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status to HR leads and management.

Requirements:

  • 1.5–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT / technical hiring exposure).
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
