Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
  • Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and training & development initiatives.
  • Facilitate conflict management and resolution strategies to maintain positive employee relations.
  • Statutory management(Pf, Esi)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contracts related to HR functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in supervising teams or leading projects within an HR context is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
