Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives and manage training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities (JD/KRA)
Employee Engagement
● Coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and events (festivals, team outings, wellness programs, R&R programs, etc.).
● Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and pulse checks to gauge engagement levels.
● Effective communication to ensure employees are informed and aligned with the engagement programs.
Training & Development
● Coordinate with internal departments and external trainers to organize learning sessions.
● Maintain training calendars, schedules, and records.
● Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
● Assist in developing onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Key Skills & Competencies
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Strong organizational and project management abilities.
● Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
● Creative thinking and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualifications
● MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and/or training preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
