Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding

candidates.

 Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

 Maintain PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance records accurately.

 Oversee employee joining formalities and induction programs.

 Manage attendance, leave records, and manpower handling efficiently.

 Conduct and track employee performance evaluations.

 Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

 Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.

Required Skills:

 Expertise in Payroll, PF, ESI, Recruitment, and HR Documentation

 Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
