Talent Management - Recruitment activities through portals, consultants, referrals, network, salary negotiation, rolling out offer letter, selection based on job description and budgets.

Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and master data in HR software and personnel files

Employee life cycle-Solely responsible for Employee Life Cycle from On-boarding, Leave updates, Movement & Transfer, promotions till Exit management etc.

PMS process execution- Involvement in annual appraisal/career progression and succession planning by firming up on the rating/increments recommendations.

Compensation & Payroll Management-Designing employee salary structure, providing HR salary advise including new joinees/Exits/Increment etc. Ensuring timely payroll processing with accuracy.

Employee Engagements- Executing reward & recognition, festival celebrations, publishing quarterly employee newsletters, birthday celebrations.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Conducting one-on-one, skip level and team focus group meetings

Employee code of conduct: Ensuring the employee code of conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
