Roles and Responsibilities:

*Coordinate employee performance reviews and maintain accurate evaluation records.

*Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.

*Organize employee engagement programs, celebrations, and internal activities.

*Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.

*Maintain and update the company’s social media pages with hiring updates, staff activities, and engagement posts.

*Create and share creative content that reflects the company’s culture and achievements.

*Collaborate with management for employer branding and online presence.

*Be enthusiastic, proactive, and take initiative in planning and executing HR and office activities.

Skills Required:

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

*Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

*Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

*Creative thinking with interest in social media content creation and branding.

*Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and maintain a positive attitude.

Experience:

*Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration.

*0–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.

*Knowledge in social media management or employer branding will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
