Job Summary
We are seeking an
energetic and experienced HR Executive
to manage and support a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other key HR activities. You will play an integral role in fostering a positive organizational culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters.

* Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.

* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare schemes.

* Maintain and update employee records (personal details, attendance, performance appraisals, etc.).

* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

* Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and employee welfare programs.

* Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and training needs assessments.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities.

Assist with HR reporting and data management tasks as required by senior management.

Qualifications
-
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

* Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

* Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll, recruit systems) and tools.

* Knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations in India.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

* Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
