About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage and streamline our company’s human resources operations. The role involves handling end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll management, performance tracking, employee engagement, and compliance.

You will play a key role in supporting both management and employees to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned department heads.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documentation.

Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.

2. Attendance & Payroll Management

Manage attendance records (biometric & manual), leaves, and holiday calendars.

Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.

Maintain employee database and ensure timely updates in HRMS.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.

Promote a healthy work culture through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

4. Performance Management

Support in setting up appraisal cycles, probation reviews, and performance tracking.

Maintain documentation of performance reviews and ensure follow-ups for improvement plans.

5. HR Policy & Compliance

Ensure HR policies are implemented as per company standards and labour law compliance.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and confidentiality of HR documents.

Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

6. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare monthly HR reports (recruitment, attendance, attrition, etc.).

Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower planning.

Support in administrative and operational HR tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools (attendance management, payroll, etc.).

Preferred Attributes:

Knowledge of IT/Software industry hiring processes.

Hands-on experience with employee engagement initiatives.

Good understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure professionally.

Working Days:

6 Days a Week (Monday–Saturday)

Technosoft Software Solutions, Pune

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
