  • Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a supportive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation procedures, set performance standards, and provide feedback to employees to enhance productivity.
  • Training and Development: Create and manage training programs to help employees develop skills and advance in their careers, ensuring that training aligns with organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, update HR policies, and maintain employee records.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet legal requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
