About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations at Shalby Hospital, Mohali. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR compliance to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital’s HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process for various departments.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communication activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and audits.
  • Address employee queries and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination activities.
  • Generate and maintain HR MIS reports and trackers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations (hospital/healthcare industry preferred).
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
