Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruitment from a consultancy background. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about connecting with candidates and clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social platforms.
• Make daily recruitment calls to potential candidates for active job openings.
• Line up candidates for interviews as per client requirements.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth coordination.
• Work on both IT and Non-IT (including BPO) requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
• Achieve hiring targets within the assigned time frame.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and share suitable profiles.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.
• Participate in daily/weekly review meetings and report hiring progress.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (from consultancy background).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to make recruitment calls daily.
• Experience in IT and BPO hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Onsite only – Nagpur location
