Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures HR operations run smoothly and align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle — from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and final hiring.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
4. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, tracking, and evaluation.
- Help managers and employees understand performance frameworks and feedback systems.
5. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR software (HRMS) and MS Office
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
