  • Recruitment & Staffing:

Handle end-to-end recruitment — from job posting, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires.

  • Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute engagement activities, team-building sessions, and celebrations to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Performance Management:

Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, and support managers in setting goals and KPIs.

  • Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps, organize training sessions, and promote continuous learning within the organization.

  • Policy Implementation:

Create, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Payroll & Attendance Management:

Maintain attendance records, manage leaves, and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

  • Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns, ensure smooth communication between management and staff, and maintain healthy workplace relations.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all legal and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) are met and maintain proper employee documentation.

  • HR Operations:

Manage offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities, and maintain employee data in HRMS or Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
