Description of main tasks:
The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:
Support Talent Acquisition
  • Maintain up to date JDs of all positions with the help of Managers
  • Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with recruitment Consultants on contracts, service fees, advertisement/job postings
  • Getting appropriate CVs & Independently arrange/coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Maintain recruitment tracking to ensure timely availability of information & candidate Database.
  • Reference Checking of the short-listed candidates & Coordination for pre-employment medical checkup
  • Responsible for driving Campus Recruitment & GETs training program, Internships
Support Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Follow up with offered candidates till joining and support for administrative requirements: Logistics, relocation if any.
  • New Joiner Induction Support: Invite to inductors and follow up for timely execution and support new joiner in onboarding requirements (Laptop, Uniform, Safety Shoes, ID Card, Desk etc)
  • Process paperwork for new employees: Emp file with all the required documents
  • Coordinate Exit formalities - Deletion of Endorsement, Preparation of Experience & Reliving Letters
Employee Records Management & Benefits administration
  • Responsible for organizing and filing employee documents and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in personal files.
  • Support HR team in employee benefits administration for all health insurance policies, leave management, wellness program etc
Payroll Inputs & Attendance Management, Statutory Compliances
  • Time Management : Lead end to end Time & Attendance management system & compliance
  • OT/C-off management: Tracks extra working hours for Blue Collars Employees and share report to respective authorities.
  • Payroll Inputs: Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs for leave, time & attendance records, OT etc
  • Statutory Compliance: Support HR team in maintaining all statutory compliances under all applicable labour laws
Vendor Management : HR Department
  • Streamline & Invoices : Process invoices and ensure timely payment of the vendors.
  • New vendor creation as per the process.
  • PR generation in the system (SAP) and follow up for PO
Employee Engagement
  • Support EEC to facilitate the engagement activities as defined.
  • Support HR team in Reward & Recognition coordination
Training & Development
  • Maintain and update training calendar, development plans for WCs & BCs
  • Ensure required training materials and stationeries are available in training room.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support effective execution of training programs and skill enhancement workshops for WCs & BCs.
  • Support HRBP in WD LMS requirements.
  • Ensure to take attendance sheet and feedback form filled form participants.
  • Filling and all the training documents up to date as per requirements of IMS
  • Skill Matrix Assessments: Ensure Skill Matrix assessments are conducted as per defined cycle and job matrix is updated
  • Support in WAM PD Pillar activities & initiatives
