Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management

• Manage daily workforce deployment, attendance, and shift scheduling.
• Plan manpower as per warehouse needs.

Vendor Coordination

• Handle vendor workforce supply, attrition, and compliance.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs.

Payroll & Compliance

• Validate attendance and process payroll inputs.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance.

Employee Engagement

• Drive R&R, engagement, and welfare initiatives.
• Resolve grievances and manage exits.

Performance & Process Improvement

• Track blue-collar performance and productivity.
• Recommend HR process and policy improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
