1. Basically we need strategic & operational HR staff.

2. CTC ( min. 3 lakh negotiable)

3. Male/Female (any)

4. Age limit-25-40 year married

5. Hiring & Orientation

6. Handling Health benefits, remuneration assessments & worker's compensation

7. Managing discipline hearing employees complaints

8.Manage staff attendance & salary ESI & PF

9. creating records programs & social nonactives to motivate staff

10 Their important job is to keep the work place rules place & make sure everyone follows them time to time etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
