We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in the banking industry. The role involves a balanced mix of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end recruitment along with effective employee life cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (60%)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various banking roles (Sales, Operations, Back Office, and Customer Service).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, track joining status, and assist in onboarding.

HR Operations (40%)

  • Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and background verification.
  • Maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support payroll data preparation and coordinate with the finance team.
  • Handle exit formalities, feedback collection, and full & final settlements.
  • Assist in employee engagement and training coordination.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with banking roles and compliance norms (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
