Job Overview

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You’ll collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop effective hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Develop and update HR policies to align with business objectives.

Culture & Workplace Wellbeing:

  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.

OTHERS:

  • Implement HR best practices to enhance workplace culture.
  • Recruitment / Hiring / Head Hunting / Job Posting
  • HR Administrative Tasks
  • Managing Employees Attendance
  • Generating Payslips/Payroll
  • Organizing Employee's Documents / Data
  • Performance Evaluation Function
  • Employees Onboarding
  • Managing HR policies / Contract
  • Asset Management
  • Organizing Events/Celebrations
  • Any other administrative task assigned by the Manager

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in an HR role, preferably in a marketing, tech, or agency environment.

Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Experience in HR software, payroll systems, and recruitment tools.

✔ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

✔ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 per month.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
