Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in attendance, payroll processing, and leave management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Support in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and labor laws.
  • Manage joining formalities, induction programs, and exit procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and support positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and MIS for management review.
  • Liaise with department heads for HR operational requirements.

MBA / MAHRM Graduate and Male Candidates required

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
