Job Description – HR Executive

Salary: 20k- 30k

About the Role

Gomec Enterprise is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee documentation, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files.

Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide support.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.

Support performance appraisal and training processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of HR experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of HR operations and labor laws.

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
