Job Summary

The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR department by implementing various HR programs and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This position involves collaborating with management to address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Duties

  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and facilitate training programs
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on conflict resolution
  • Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development
  • Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Participate in organization design activities to optimize efficiency
  • Drive process improvement projects within the HR function
  • Assist in change management efforts during organizational transitions

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent management practices
  • Experience with HRIS software, preferably Dayforce
  • Strong negotiation skills for handling employee relations matters
  • Ability to engage in strategic planning discussions
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and OSHA requirements
  • Familiarity with organization design principles
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives within HR
  • Understanding of change management strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
