We are hiring for a FRESHER HR Executive to fasten & smoothen our office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and coordinate offer letters.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a healthy work environment by maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Performance Management:
- Support managers in conducting appraisals and setting performance goals.
- Track employee performance and provide feedback mechanisms.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Payroll & Attendance Management:
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely salary processing.
- HR Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare HR-related reports and analytics (attrition rate, hiring status, etc.).
- Support management with strategic HR planning.
- Qualifications required:
- Graduation is must. (BTech/MTech/BSC/MSC/BCS/MCS/BCS/MCS/MBA)
- Good proficiency in English (Verbal & writing)
- Must be professional

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
