Job Responsibilities
- Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance, maintain records, and address attendance-related queries.
- Payroll Processing: Accurately handle payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and implement employee engagement initiatives that support iTech’s values and culture.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing exits and offboarding processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the HR point of contact for different departments, maintaining effective communication and support.
- Employee Counseling: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and personal matters as required.
- Benefits Coordination: Administer and manage group Mediclaim policies, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Awareness and Training: Conduct HR awareness sessions, collaborate with the corporate HR team and HR Manager on training sessions, and facilitate compliance with organizational policies.
Key Requirements and Skills
- Education: MBA/MSW in HR.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT or services industry.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in payroll management, HR software-Keka, and employee engagement tools.
- Attributes: Collaborative, approachable, and proactive with a genuine passion for employee well-being and HR best practices.
