Job Title: HR Executive (IT Recruitment & Operations)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Industry: IT / Software Development
Work Allocation: 70% Recruitment, 30% HR Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT recruitment and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end hiring, coordinating with teams, managing HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for roles such as Developers, Designers, QA, SEO, Project Managers, etc.
  • Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal references.
  • Screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule in-person/virtual rounds.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates (documentation, induction coordination, etc.).

2. HR Operations (30%)

  • Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee files.
  • Support attendance management and leave tracking.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and communications.
  • Handle basic HR queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–2 years of HR experience specifically in the IT industry.
  • Strong experience with job boards such as Indeed, Naukri, Linkedin.
  • Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and recruitment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
