1. Primary Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Prepare job descriptions and job-posting materials.
- Coordinate onboarding (induction/orientation) for new hires.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Policy & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance with labour laws.
- Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Work on feedback mechanisms and performance improvement plans.
- Training & Development
- Assess training needs.
- Organize and run training programs.
- HR Operations / Administration
- Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data, contracts).
- Handle HR documentation such as employment letters, relieving letters, etc.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits, salary processing, and deductions.
- Work on compensation-benefit policies.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
2. Skills RequiredHard / Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labour law, and compliance.
- Experience with HR software / HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

4. Qualifications / Educational Requirements
