1. Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Prepare job descriptions and job-posting materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding (induction/orientation) for new hires.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws.
  • Performance Management
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Work on feedback mechanisms and performance improvement plans.
  • Training & Development
  • Assess training needs.
  • Organize and run training programs.
  • HR Operations / Administration
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data, contracts).
  • Handle HR documentation such as employment letters, relieving letters, etc.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer employee benefits, salary processing, and deductions.
  • Work on compensation-benefit policies.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and suggest improvements.

2. Skills RequiredHard / Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labour law, and compliance.
  • Experience with HR software / HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

3. Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict-resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking — aligning HR activities with business goals.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail (since they handle policies, records).
  • Emotional intelligence — understanding employee needs is very important.

4. Qualifications / Educational Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is common. Expertia
  • Experience in HR operations or related roles is often required (sometimes 2–3 years or more, depending on the company).
  • Knowledge of labour laws, HR software, and performance management systems is typically expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
