Education and Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Prior experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Functional Competencies

Domain Knowledge:

  • Sound understanding of core HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, employee records, and statutory compliance
  • Knowledge of child safeguarding norms and employee lifecycle documentation
  • Familiarity with HR policies and employee engagement best practices

Computer Proficiency:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of HR software and digital record-keeping systems

Leadership Competencies

  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under academic calendar timelines
  • Approachable and employee-focused with a collaborative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
