We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, employee management skills, and hands-on experience in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-up)
- Onboarding & Documentation (offer letters, joining formalities, ID creation)
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Payroll coordination with accounts
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
- Handle employee queries and resolve issues
- Conduct induction programs and employee engagement activities
- Assist in performance appraisal process
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with management for HR requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication (Tamil & English)
- Basic HR compliance knowledge
- MS Excel & HR software knowledge (preferred)
- Recruitment & people management skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to multitask
Qualifications
- Any degree (MBA HR preferred)
- 1–3 years HR experience
- Freshers with good communication can also apply (if you want to allow)
