• Planning and Scheduling for recruitment process
• Maintain candidate database.
• Daily Attendance tracking
• Will be handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
• Sound knowledge in various Job Portals, LinkedIn, social media etc.,
• Initial Screening of candidates profile.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Any other work given by Management in course of time.
• Marathi speaker preffred
