Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (Telephonic), and coordinate final interviews.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Taking care of Pay roll Process.
  • Issue offers letters and follows up for new joinee.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Employee engagement ideas.
  • Preparation of Full and final settlement.
  • Preparing of New joinee Visiting card laptop and other requirement (If necessary).
  • Manage the Onboarding process and relieving formalities.
  • Employee insurance handling.
  • Monthly expenses checking.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 06 months to 1 year of experience working as an HR executive or HR officer.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
  • Energetic with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
