Key Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge/experience handling job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to interact and coordinate with clients
• Good multitasking and time management skills
• Willingness to handle follow-up emails, calls, and multiple vacancies

Roles & Responsibilities

• Posting job openings and sourcing candidates through various portals
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Coordinating with clients for hiring updates and feedback
• Maintaining candidate databases, trackers, and follow-ups
• Supporting onboarding processes and basic HR operations
• Ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
