Job Summary

Go Academy International Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate should be eager to learn and handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

* Understanding job requirements and coordinating with hiring managers

* Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews

* Following up with candidates until selection and joining

* Preparing and posting job descriptions on job portals and social platforms

* Preparing and issuing offer letters and appointment letters

* Preparing weekly/monthly recruitment reports

* Maintaining recruitment trackers for candidate status, interviews, and offers

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic understanding of recruitment & HR concepts

* Time management and organizational ability

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (HR or Business-related field preferred)

* Freshers can apply
