We are hiring an HR Executive to support overall HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing HR processes smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle onboarding processes, documentation, induction, and new-joiner coordination.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, HRMS updates, and monthly reports.
  • Prepare and share payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, new joiners/exits).
  • Assist employees with HR-related queries and documentation (letters, forms, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Assist with exit formalities and maintain proper compliance documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll basics.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
