1.To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

2.To do Screening and shortlisting resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with directors.

3.To Manage the onboarding process and induction training for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

4.To give appointment and offer letter to newly recruited person.

5.Calculate salary in software for every month.

6.To ensure all documentation related to ESIC and PF.

7.To ensure PF and PT payment is done on time.

8.To Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

9.To Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.

10.To Assist in the implementation of performance management systems.

11.To Help identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs.

12.To Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

13.To Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

14.To Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

15.To Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.

16.To Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

17.To ensure all documentation related to ESIC and PF.

18.To do final settlement of employee when required.

19.To Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

15.Any other work deemed fit by your superior.

16.To do DSI/Kaizen to improve your work in line with organizational goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,597.06 - ₹34,055.67 per month
