HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment
• Screening, interview coordination & onboarding
• Attendance, leave & HRMS management
• Employee engagement activities
• HR documentation, MIS reports & basic compliance
• Handling employee queries and exit formalities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate
• 06 months-1 yr experience in HR (IT company preferred)
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Knowledge of HRMS tools and recruitment portals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
