HR Executive

Secret Ingredient Projects is actively looking for a "Talent Acquisition Executive" with 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Preference will be given to candidates currently employed in recruitment firms and who can join as immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates
- Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels
- Maintaining recruitment databases and reports
