• Find and hire staff for FMCG roles (sales, field staff, warehouse) and Hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, kitchen, service).
• Do resume screening, schedule interviews, and support bulk/walk-in hiring.
• Use job portals, social media, and referrals for sourcing candidates.
