What We’re Looking For:

1 years of experience in HR leadership (Call Center / BPO experience preferred)
Strong expertise in bulk hiring, HR policies, and compliance
Excellent communication skills in English
Proactive, people-oriented, and well-organized professional

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple departments
Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities
Collaborate with team leads and management for staffing needs
Supervise office administration and ensure HR compliance
