We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will handle various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, onboarding, and HR compliance in line with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database (HRMS/ERP Odoo systems).
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations (e.g., visa processing, WPS, end-of-service benefits).
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Support in performance management process and training coordination.
  • Generate regular HR reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g. ERP Odoo).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle sensitive issues discreetly.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi Speaking is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • UAE experience in handling visa applications via MOHRE and immigration portals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
