Sky Ocean Shipping Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company with operations across the UAE. Our India backend office oversees HR operations, employee management, and recruitment functions to support UAE business activities.

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations for our India back-office team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR processes within a professional service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Documentation,Pricing and Customer Service roles in India.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and HR databases.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with employee queries.
• Coordinate with the UAE management team for HR reporting, hiring updates, and backend support activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Preferred)
• 1-4 years of experience in HR operations ( Logistics industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
