Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further interviews.
- Handle offer negotiations and initiate pre-employment formalities.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies as needed.
- Onboarding & Induction:
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Prepare induction materials and ensure new employees understand the organization’s policies, procedures, and culture.
- Support in document collection, background verification, and creating employee files.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and queries related to HR policies.
- Facilitate a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster effective communication.
- Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor daily attendance records, handle leave management, and ensure data accuracy for payroll processing.
- Provide support in managing leaves of employees and generate monthly attendance reports.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data, ensuring accurate salary processing.
- Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement of salaries.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Track attendance, feedback, and effectiveness of training programs.
- Identify skill gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance review systems and appraisal processes.
- Support supervisors in conducting performance discussions and appraisals.
- Maintain records of employee evaluations and feedback.
- Experience : Upto 5 years of experience in an HR role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
