As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to lead our Human Resources department and drive key initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong compliance, and a healthy work culture. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and well-versed in managing HR functions within a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment and onboarding cycle for multiple departments.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Supervise performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development plans.
• Coordinate training, engagement activities, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance systems, and reporting.
• Use HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally in a BPO or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong command of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Capable of multitasking and managing high-volume HR operations effectively.
