Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Report to senior management providing insights on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Manage performance appraisal procedures.
  • Provide support to managers in setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and managing underperformance.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create a positive and respectful work environment by fostering open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the payroll department.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
  • Keep the organization updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration (HRM), or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience
  • Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and employment legislation.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • High level of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
