HR Officer

Think Higher Consultants (THC) is a leading education and immigration consultancy, providing professional guidance to students and clients across the globe. We are expanding our dynamic team at our Giga Mall Branch, Islamabad, and seeking a dedicated HR Officer who can manage HR operations efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Coordinate training, development, and appraisal activities.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management in strategic workforce planning.
• Promote employee engagement and maintain a healthy work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in corporate or consultancy settings).
• Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
