- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing background preferred).
- Strong communication and people-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office & HR tools/software.
- Knowledge of recruitment, attendance management & basic compliance
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
- Ensure HR policy implementation, discipline, and employee relations.
- Manage employee files, HR reports, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in training coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Support ISO-related HR documentation and audits.
