What You’ll DoApprentice Registration

  • Manage apprentice registration on the designated portal (NAPS and NATS).
  • Verify and upload documents required for trainee onboarding.
  • Ensure all apprentice information is accurate and compliant.

Contract Management

  • Prepare and issue trainee–employer contracts.
  • Ensure all agreements follow company, regulatory, and training program requirements.
  • Track signatures, documentation, and maintain secure files.

Payroll Support

  • Collect attendance, work hours, and required data for payroll.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to process monthly payroll.
  • Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.

General HR Support

  • Maintain and update employee and apprentice records.
  • Support new joiner onboarding processes.
  • Assist in HR administration tasks, documentation, and compliance activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using HR/online portals.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred:

  • Experience in HR, payroll coordination, or apprenticeship programs.
  • Understanding of employment policies and documentation procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
