What You’ll DoApprentice Registration
- Manage apprentice registration on the designated portal (NAPS and NATS).
- Verify and upload documents required for trainee onboarding.
- Ensure all apprentice information is accurate and compliant.
Contract Management
- Prepare and issue trainee–employer contracts.
- Ensure all agreements follow company, regulatory, and training program requirements.
- Track signatures, documentation, and maintain secure files.
Payroll Support
- Collect attendance, work hours, and required data for payroll.
- Coordinate with the finance department to process monthly payroll.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
General HR Support
- Maintain and update employee and apprentice records.
- Support new joiner onboarding processes.
- Assist in HR administration tasks, documentation, and compliance activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using HR/online portals.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred:
- Experience in HR, payroll coordination, or apprenticeship programs.
- Understanding of employment policies and documentation procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
