We’re Hiring: HR Executive at Pincodekart

Are you a sharp, energetic, and people-focused HR professional looking to make an impact? Pincodekart is expanding, and we’re looking for an HR Executive who can drive bulk hiring, manage HR operations, and build a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially bulk hiring
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Support culture-building activities and internal communication
• Work closely with teams to ensure a smooth employee experience

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ownership, sharp thinking, and a proactive attitude
• Experience in recruitment or HR operations (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset for engagement and culture activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
