Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll processes.
  • Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and support engagement activities.
  • Conduct exit formalities and full & final settlement process.
  • Coordinate compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and labor practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, HR software).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
