Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll processes.
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and support engagement activities.
- Conduct exit formalities and full & final settlement process.
- Coordinate compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR functions and labor practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, HR software).
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
