Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive with strong experience in Digital Marketing recruitment (SEO, PPC, Content Writers) and Technical hiring (Flutter Developer, Mobile Developer, Full Stack, Front-End Developers).
The role also includes HR Generalist duties such as attendance management, grievance handling, onboarding, and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing & IT profiles
• Screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
• Managing attendance, employee grievances, and HR records
• Supporting onboarding, documentation, and general HR activities

Requirements:

• Experience in both technical & digital marketing hiring
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
