Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and process-driven HR Assistant to manage handle day-to-day HR operations for our automotive service center. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, attendance & payroll support, employee engagement, training coordination, and compliance management. Strong coordination with workshop, bodyshop, parts, customer care, and front-office teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technicians, service advisors, warranty, CRE, drivers, floor controllers, parts staff, and back-office roles.
- Conduct screening, telephonic interviews, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate technical trade tests for technicians.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
- Conduct employee induction (HR + dealership orientation).
2. Attendance & HR Administration
- Monitor biometric attendance daily and share absenteeism reports.
- Track late comers, overtime, weekly offs, and shift schedules.
- Manage leave records and monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee personal files, HRIS entries, and MIS reports.
3. Training & Development
- Maintain skill matrix for all service roles.
- Coordinate OEM training nominations (e.g., Mahindra Mile).
- Plan internal soft skills, technical training, and refresher training.
- Track training completion and effectiveness.
4. Performance Management
- Track KPIs for service staff (SA, CRE, Technician, QC, Floor Controller, Parts, Warranty).
- Assist in monthly and quarterly performance reviews with HODs.
- Maintain appraisal records and increment sheets.
- Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize birthdays, team-building events, safety meetings, rewards & recognition.
- Run employee satisfaction surveys and resolve grievances.
- Promote workplace discipline, grooming standards, and HR policies.
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws:
- ESIC, PF, minimum wages
- Shops & Establishment
- Gratuity, Bonus
- Maintain statutory registers and coordinate with auditors.
- Ensure contractor compliance and maintain vendor records.
7. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and clearance formalities.
- Manage F&F process and separation documentation.
- Analyze attrition and report trends to management.
Required Skills & Eligibility Education
- MBA/PGDM in HR / BBA HR
- Any graduate with HR experience in automotive is preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years in HR domain
- Preferably from an automotive dealership/service center/manufacturing background

Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
